How much is the shipping cost?




How does the tracking code work?

After an order is fully processed and shipped, an email will be sent to the customer with a tracking code and a link to where the code should be used.


Why isn't my tracking code updating?

For international shipments (mostly for US orders and sometimes other countries outside of the EU) the tracking code may change midway as it transitions between different postal carriers. Despite using Registered Shipping Services, once the package leaves Portugal, local postal services become dependent on the information that the transit and destination countries can provide them. Can I pay with MB Way?

No, unfortunately, BigCartel doesn't support MB Way payments. Nonetheless, there's a way you can use MBWay to go through your payment if you wish to do so:

On your app, click on "Cartões MB NET", create a new one, choose the amount that allows you to pay the order, give the card a name of your choice, and click "Criar". 

This will create a virtual card associated with your account and provide you with the information you need to complete your payment.

Can I change my order?

You can change your order only if it hasn't been prepared yet. If you need to do so, please send a message explaining the situation through the Contact page as soon as possible.

Once your order has been prepared or shipped, we are unable to make any further changes. We strive to process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, so it's important to double-check all shipping details before finalizing your purchase. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only if it hasn't been prepared or shipped yet. If you need to do so, please send a message requesting cancellation through the Contact page as soon as possible.
